domain Quick appraisal for maliki.net and maliki.org!

It is a family name and is also from the last name of a former Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki! It has millions of search results! It is also the name of one of the Islamic School of Thoughts! Estibot values both of them for $1,100 each! But hugedomains.com sell domains for 9 or 10 times the price of estibot from what I noticed! Can you guys give a quick appraisal on it, please?

It is good to reckon with everything but it is better to never expect anything.
Potential buyers (other domainers / end users) are aware of the fact that today there are domain - registration - possibillities like sand in the ocean or stars in the galaxyyy
