Question about Sedo

I recently recieved an offer for 50 British pounds for one of my domains. Except Sedo says they will charge me 35 pounds for commision fees. I checked my domain and noticed I forgot to park it with Sedo (I asuming this is why their fee marked that high). Is it still possible for me to park the name with Sedo still to avoid the higher commision fee?

I think I read on here that someone said you can transfer it to sedo and after it gets its first view it will change to 10%

10% of the sales price [ minimum $150 ]

¹ No minimum fee if the domain is parked with Sedo; only the flat 10% rate applies.

Note that not all TLD's have the same minimum (which is adjusted by currency), and that the flat 10% is only if parked with sedo AND in the first list of TLD's.

Yes, if you change to Sedo's nameservers will you get the low fee, it might take a day or two.
