I just got a phone call from my brother....He will not be able to make the Queensryche concert in october at the mandalay bay hotel & casino = House of blues in Las Vegas....I now will be going with 3 nights free room.

not listened to them for sometime. Sure i have 1 of their cd's lying somewhrere but never got into them much.

Go see katatonia later in the year when they tour america they are awesome they are touring with moonspell (another great band) and daylight dies (never heard them)

Queensryche was my favorite band from the EP to Empire. Promised Land was Ok, then well...not so much. They just released Mindcrime 2 a couple of months ago. I heard one song "I'm American", but I wasn't very impressed. I think Geoff Tate lost his voice in South America somewhere.

Have a great time at the show, though!

a mate of mine just would not shut up when Mindcrime 2 came out . He saw them live not long after at some festival where they played the original from start to finish as a live set. Think he has got over it now tho lol.

I last saw Queensryche in like 1988....They opened for Metallica..What a show
that was!!!

Hopefuly i will ROCK vegas as much as they will ROCK me -lol

I remember that tour...I didn't go to the concert, but I got tickets for my brothers. They said it was awesome! Hopefully, QR will have an even better presentation this time around.
