I see what you are trying to say, but I'm also sure you'll agree that the domain name has featured heavily in discussions.
In this particular forum area, Marketing techniques does include banner advertisement so this thread is relevant.
But with regard to Angissons accusation of spam, I would reserve that definition more particularly to posts by persons in threads that have no relevance to that thread which include links. There is always the option not to include your sig if you are posting irrelevant messages such as his :]

Thanks, that's been happening a bit since I spilt coffee on my keyboard.
Will get it sorted straight away.

Reference to the pyramid system, neither the site in general nor the pyram-ads section is a pyramid system. In the case of Pyramad's its really just a presentational thing, you could do the same with columns squares or circles if you want to, its just a logic sequence which determines the presentation and duration of a banner ad cycle. The profit system is really a big soup of payouts, not like pyramid systems where it is purely the redistribution of money. Its explained a little ( without giving away any secrets) on the site, but that's not for here in any case.
