What I loved most about this name is that it reminded me of an episode of chappelle's show (comedian in the USA)..On his dvd "The lost episodes" he has a skit where he pretends to be Howard Dean (a us presidential candidate) and rants something that sounds like "Pyaaawww"... heres part of the skit on youtube although they name is Byaah..It's funny as hell when dave chappelle does it..

I've never ever heard anyone say "Pyaw". I'd say Mid $xx IMO
