Putin sky, as a political blog, sounds a bit awkward.
I dont think someone would buy it. Reg fee, in my opinion.

Be aware there are people with surname "Putinsky" who would be interested in your domain.
In this case, you can expect low XXX or even more, but you need some luck because this surname is not so popular worldwide.
