Pushing a Domain at Dreamhost

I cannot find an option to push a dreamhost domain to another dreamhost account. Is it possible?

was simply locked for unknown reasons to me.

If you open up a ticket they will get back to you and walk you through it. The only problem is that it's Friday, and you may have to wait until Monday for some real answers.
