I started this site on November 2006. I am selling due to not having enough time to give it the care it deserves. I have not done any paid advertising on it - considering the large number of visitors it attracts.
This site is very popular. I have done all the hard work of submitting to various top lists and directories to boost its link popularity.
Traffic/Revenue Stats (up to 9th March 07):
Google Adsense Revenue

Alexa Rank: 511,018 as of 25th March 07.
This site has GREAT potential to provide a continous income for someone who can nuture it. I would not sell this, but I simply do not have the time available anymore to give it the proper care it deserves.
I recently changed the site's design to push the actual proxy URL browsing screen to a second inner page to increase Ad exposure to users. Don't be fooled by the "spammy" looking front page. The Adsense ads arent there because they make the site look better.
The site can still be linked from the popular www.proxy.org for an EASY traffic boost.
Because ProxyPass.net is a decent proxy with regular users, it needs a VPS to run it.
I can transfer the files over to your host as well as recommend a host to use it needed with prices starting from $10pm to $40pm (inc cPanel).
The site comes with a GREAT Domain Name easily worth low $$$ by itself!
Bids start at $160.

Payment to be received within 3 days of auction close (April 5th 07)
I accept payment via Escrow.com, MoneyBookers or Wire transfer. PayPal is available at my discretion (no unverified PayPal buyers sorry). A half of any buyer-paid transfer fees will be deducted from the final bid to be fair.
