Please could someone advise me if the following is possible:

I would like to make a banner rotator the "SUBMIT" button for a form....In this case if someone wants to send a SMS Message they must click on the banner - which would make the advertisers site open in a new page - while the parent page goes to a thank you page or a delivery confirmation page.

If the above is understandable and possible

1) Could I manipulate an existing banner rotator script? And how much could someone quote me to do this?

2) How much would it cost to do from scratch? I would need an admin and advertiser section?

You mean once someone clicks the submit button you want it like they are clicking the banner and it popup the banner site? If this is what you mean get into contact with me so I will give you a quote.
