i worked real hard for this template if you were in my shoe im sure you would find someone willing to pay higher price then whats given.

so with that said i extended the deadline 2 days ago and said it was going to end on friday.

but i havnt picked anyone yet.

deadline is tonight 12:00 eastern time.

i'm sorry i dont understand, you extended an auction that was already over to get more money, bad business IMO, also you ask BillyC to PM you as the winner and then you ADD a firm deadline

so in reality, I won the first time and you extended the auction, then BillyC won the auction and you extended it again ?

xadvanced, once an auction starts then you can't go changing the terms as you see fit because you don't like where the bidding is at. You need to state everything upfront in the original post BEFORE the auction begins, not after there are already bids.

Until you learn the proper way to run a professional and ethical auction fairly then please do not post anymore auctions. Once you can handle it in a mature way, then you may start a new auction for this template...but not until you know what you're doing!

It doesn't matter if you worked 2 minutes or 2 years on the template. Once you state the terms for the auction and there are bids, then it's over. If you don't like where the bidding is then you bite the bullet and go on with the auction...but what you did is not acceptable and won't be tolerated. It's not fair to all of the bidders and the members who should of won when you keep extending it because you worked "real hard" and don't like the price.
