How much would you pay for this domain yourself, and how much do you think I could get from a company or organization with this name? or one that wants to use this phrase.
Technically, you could say it doesn't really make sense since Earth is still Earth even with climate change, pollution, or whatever else, but I think it's pretty obvious that it means keeping the earth in the best shape for us and other species.
It can even be a company name:

https://proearthanimalhealth.com/
but it's .org..so less value in this sense, I guess.
