Problem with tables not inline with graphic

Hi Everyone please help me with my website problem. Iv made my site fine so far but have tried everything to get the tables to stretch the full way. I put a new tables in but they buggered the layout so i would like to use the ones in at the minute. so could anyone just take a look at the following link and view>source then just tell me what is making the tables out of size. Its the black outline bits about 50 pixels in (on each table) which i need to make touch the far side (inline with bar).

Iv tried changing all the attributes but it just screws up the site.
