Problem with borders

Hey, I just created this design:

Magic Tricks Revealed

If you look at the left and right sides of it you will see that they look fine right now but when its coded I am wondering how to make it so that if the left or right side goes down further then then middle to have a border on the other side.

So if the right side goes down further then the middle how do I make the right side's left side have a border? Thanks.

Sorry I just starting coding it in the same directory on an index.html file so that showed up before the index.php. Here is the link: Magic Tricks Revealed

You can set "border-left:2px solid #000" for the right side column.
You can apply the same for left side column (except changing the border direction to "border-right").
You can change the color/border size according to your needs.
