I like that name. Of course you could play with a fun/zany site that has something to do with the real meaning of the word, but I somehow think its value is in something more serious, possibly anything to do with the different meaning of 'privatization'. Different meanings, but yours is shorter.
But: official use = boring.
Personally I'd go out in left field and think about using the wordplay to maybe start a site on voyeurism, or on travel/vacation 'private hidaways'.
Nice that it's one word. That alone, along with having that shadowy yet sensuous word 'private' in there, suggests to me a reseller value low - med xxx, end user (without your having developed at all) only slightly higher.
IMfloorlevelexcruciatinglyHO, the value here lies in particularly creative development.
