it last sold for 1,1xx still no value?0.
No commercial value. Charities would rather brand under .org
thank youI would not say no value, but little value because subject matter is not very commercial and it is .net.
Just because a domain sold for X yesterday doesn't always mean anything. There are many people with money in the pocket but little brains in the head. Western economies would fail without these people.
I don't mean to offend, it's just truth. People buy domains all the time one day, then wake up next day and think "WTF?"
I don't know much about the suicide industry, but if there are such things as commercial suicide clinics (like there are commercial addiction clinics), then you need to sell it to them to get max profit. If no such thing exists, then no real value on the wholesale market IMHO.
I plan to churn and burn I'll price it low for a quick sale, I hope there's enough traffic on undeveloped to catch a sale!I sell a lot of 4-6L .org domains to charities, help sites, blogs, etc. A name like yours usually will go low $xxx if you can find a buyer. I would not price it much higher if you do BIN only, as its likely to just sit there.
right i priced it for mid xxx see what happensIMO the name may have appeal to a related blog type site or a Public service announcement type site.
Believe the value would be limited due to it's limited ( although serious ) market and the .net rather than com or org.
