firstly, me

then the fact that it is a huge market which is growing all the time. seaweed is used for hundreds of products and even as just a food and fuel is a very valuable market.
then take the fact the com is used in an unconnected way and is unlikely will come up for sale. this is a perfect example where extension matches keyword perfectly. either developed or enduser bound this can make some serious 'wonga' imho
