Established site with great SE rankings, but would like some ideas on value of the domain alone.

Does most of the traffic come from Europe? It's a pretty good term for the movement to cheap, prefab housing.... the IKEA of homes....

But not sure how common the term in the US.

Over 90% of the traffic is from the US.

It does really well with any big prefabricated homes terms.

Can't wait to develop this further, got some nice ideas.

Interesting that it is mostly U.S. (even as a .com). if you have development ideas then I'd go with it. I think this is a market that has gotten very popular in recent years and will, in my estimation, only get more and more common. Pod/modular homes are a very green/mobile living solution for the future... (according to the magazines I read)
