I am selling a Valid Pagerank 3 web directory with over 3,500+ categories.

Site - http://www.a4oaz.com
Domain Expires - 6/2008
Domain Registrar - Domainsite.com

You get the entire site. I will download the entire backup of the site. You may also keep the hosting on Klocktech.com my server until you are ready to transfer it to your own hosting for up to 1 month.

This site has a valid Pagerank of 3 according to Smarpagerank.com and SEOlogs Fake pagerank checker.

The site is still fairly new and has some backlinks...It gets about 20-50 uniques a day.

You get the domain and entire site.

How much? I am selling this site for $30.00 or best offer.

How many links has it got?
Any revenue?
Any traffic stats?
Did the PR come from when it had the directory on it or did you add the directory after it got the PR?

Pagerank has been there since 2006 and I setup a directory on it about a month a go...There are almost 30 links in the directory..Not much advertising for it yet. Also I have no setup any ads for revenue yet but you can easily.
