It's a nice name but I only get around 855,000 results on Google for these keywords. None on overture tho. Has development potential.

Most PPC = Pay Per Click programs do not have software for you to download that's why the name isn't worth much since it doesn't really mean anything.

all you've found is web pages where both "ppc" and "downloads" are used on the same page, ie often seperated by hundreds of words, 'I and if because why too' scores 95 million using the same method, what a great name iandifbecausewhytoo.com would make.
