Nice 2 word combination. I would encourage you to develop this asap. First thing that comes to mind is a polling/ranking site. The site has numerous categories for various interests (ie. actors, actress, poet, politician, cities, neighborhoods, bands, etc) .. community will rank them and award popularity awards on a monthly basis.
