$48.75 - $75+/+ (Wholesale and Undeveloped), IMHO.
Giving it higher than average marks for a ".WS" due to breadth of its keyword (development/SE) potentials.

Yours is unique and have no or little alternative and can be branded for international politics or for local politics.

It gains huge value when developed and if it gets bit promotion. Until then its value will be around 75 - 120$.

with a $100 starting price... as the last offer i had for $80 the chap pulled out at the last minute so to speak.
