There is no need to add this because people automatically link back if they found something witch is worth to link back.
Because you are talking about SEO and strategies you should really try to get a higher PR. That´s only my opinion and my criteria.
I ´ll try to explain it why.
If someone owns a site with themes for sale and his site isn´t valid W3C but instead full with hundred of errors he isn´t convincing.

I like the idea, but it is kind of bland (the colors). Spruce it up a bit.
