Great content! The welcome page should display the text in better format, though. It feels a bit crowded - turn them into paragraphs.
The tabs in the nav bar could be a tiny bit bigger and more accentuated.
come up with a decent logo. a "No parking" sign just with the fuel nozzle for example and turn the main logo into a small favicon.
Overall, the hard work - accumulating the content, is done. get your images to be more driven and visually decisive and you have a well done project.

maybe, in the long run, add a forum to it where users can provide their gas saving tips.
