first impression

First impression: Your trying to sell me something. All the flashing , and deals in my face. Get out of there FAST!

Second impression: Nice organization...clean...simple

Third impression: Hmm...these plans are a bit high in price...?

Its very clean, fast loading.

Yes, execpt for the girl down in the corner! I think you may be running a side business. :lol:

The flashing thing in the upper right hand corner needs togo!

Quick and to the point, this is what we have!

The lady in the blue dress, the flashing special, and IMO I think Help should say support.

I like your idea of 'special offers' blinky on the right, but its a bit too much. Make the text bolder and get rid of the flashing, it turns people off. Just the fact that its uneven will draw its attention without making the page look bad.

2. making the special offer graphic static and bolder (not flashy)
3. picture in header probably
4. changing the help button to support.

The subtle flashes in the server in the banner.

Maybe add like a dot pattern to the blue banner...it's kinda dull if ya ask me. Give it more of that high tech, yet professional feel.

GET RID OF TABLES ALREADY! USE CSS, THE WEB STANDARD OF TODAY... AND TOMORROW!
