Hey
Your site is superbly made and looks great. You are using an html loose doctype, you may want to consider using XHTML as it makes your website more cross-browser friendly. You may also want to validate your code:
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://www.ezpublishing.com/
Your use of colours is good as well as your use of photography. The increase and decrease font options on the side are tastefully done and you vary the colours with each section of the page.
A particularly good aspect is your sites removal of whitespace for people using higher screen resolutions. I like the ease of navigation - the breadcrumb system which tells you where you are and shows a link back and the ever present navigation on the top and also at the bottom.
When you visit the site you are presented with the options you came to find as well as quick links to testimonials. Nicely done.
The footer text looks a little squashed. Perhaps you could make it a smaller font, center it and put it at the bottom of the page. Just an idea, it doesn't look bad where it is at the moment either because it helps balance out the other parts of the footer.
I like the good URL's that are easy to remember like /support and /career (which could be careers).
For search optimisation you could add the "title" attribute to your links. You have added the "alt" attribute to your images, which is good.
You may want to look at
http://www.delorie.com/web/lynxview.html to see what your site would look like in a text-only browser and also check your site using other browsers. Also try viewing the site with javascript turned off.
Your site is very well made.
Well done.
