The 'glass effect' has just missed the end of the T.
Too much shadow from the text.
Too much emboss effect making it look edgy.

I think you should change the font style to something more 'thick'. Make the font 'smooth'. You should also have the 'glass effect' fade from nothing to white (from the middle of the text as you already have it).

At the moment you have a faded block of white background from the top to the middle half of the text. Instead; give it a gradient effect from middle half to the top (transparent to white).

-Remove the emboss affect on the word "eye" and the slogan.

-Is it me or does the overlay, finish half way through the letter "t"...lol
