I assume it is maxplumbers.com - can serve as nice brandable for company offering plumbers services..I think if such company likes the name, they can pay low-mid XXX for it. But probability of resale is very very slim, pool of end users is limited basically to plumbers, and I am not sure how often these people search for good domains..would say not very often.
