A while back I registered this:

Tom Cruise married Katie Holmes there, and is now planning on buying it.
Does anyone know how much it could be worth? I'm also considering selling it, so if it is any good, and anyone is interested, do contact me.

hmm kind of surprised the castle owners don't own that name. Gorgeous castle at that but I wonder if you would be infringing on some kind of name rights. "G" only shows 1300 results for the exact keyword so with the name issue in mind and the low search results it's hard to place a value on it. I would hold onto it though and see what Tom decides to do because if that happens I imagine you will be getting offers or at least type in traffic.

No rights infringement, I think. Bracciano is the name of the town (I actually lived there for a while, and bought the domain for sentimental reasons, really), and Castle is just a noun. It's like, say, Italian-spoon . com or something. I'm sure I'm making this too simplistic, but there should be no issues, under Italian law, at least.

I actually hope Tom doesn't buy it. But if he does, I might manage to flog this one.

There are not a lot of buyers on the market for this rare name. I would think it's probably a fringe domain (should I keep or drop). I would drop.

Zero undeveloped. IMO.

I wouldn't drop it. its a nice name.
as for the rights infringement issue. sometimes it is not enough to be right...you need to be able to defend it even if there is no issue at all, and this is true with any domain...
Its hard to value it undeveloped. build a minisite and see how it is doing.

If you made a mini-site about the castle and surrounding area you will get some nice traffic if tom does buy the castle. But that wont last forever, so make as much off the traffic as you can while its there.
