Don't get wrapped up in a set value anyone (including yourself) thinks a domain is worth.

If you don't NEED money you can hold out for a better offer. If you DO need money take whatever you can get when you need it.

Domains are worth whatever someone is willing to pay. And domain prices are more volatile than Bitcoin prices!!

What's his age being 23 have to do with his valuation? It should be his experience and what he's done. Attacking members because you don't agree with a valuation (should be reg fee if this were posted in the correct section to not break rules) is only going to get you no more future appraisals as this takes time out of peoples day to help you, not attack you.

Accept his critique, thank him and move on.

I too played tennis for a while in high-school (and here and there even today) and agree with him about this term. I don't know what a Tennis Monarch is. Is it a backhand swing that makes you look graceful like a butterfly?

The only thing I could find is this is closely related to a keyword+geo. It would be a lot better as geo+keyword and may hold value at that point to someone.

Furthermore, I don't know if Keyword Planner is acting up or not, but there are 0 searches for this term. So apparently it seems as if you're the only one who knows what this means. Care to explain to get a better figure? Why you bought it so you can be directed in a direction destine to succeed in domaining? Elaborate on why you think it's worth what it is?

Pretty much said it. It's worth whatever someone will buy it for and what you're willing to sell it as. A valuation is a figure; when provided by the certain members, can be a valid number you can ask for and seek to negotiate to as they've sold similar names, been in the same niche or perhaps have been domaining for a decade and know what they can sell it for right away.

Estibot also appraises this at $0. I'm more inclined to say that it's worth reg fee as automated appraisals are worthless and time wasting (also because I have a feeling this thread will be moved where a $0 valuation breaks the rules).

The expression "Tennis Monarch" doesn't mean anything, but after a summary research on google, there are plenty tennis club somewhere that are called "Monarch" , "Monarch club", "Tennis club AT Monarch" etc, you can try to contact them and hope for some luck and a low-mid $xxx sale.
In the reseller market this domain worths reg fee.
