Value can increase rapidly if a person with this name would become a celebrity.

I rarely (if never) have seen anyone called regina...

Regina is a city in Canada...that doesn't fit the extension though.

Not a common first name but should be able to fetch $25 for a quick sale and double that for an end-user.
