I have an interested buyer. Please appraise this .com

NetCastCounter.com

I received an email from a potential buyer for this domain name.
They would like to pay 12 & 48 revenue. The problem is that there is no revenue and hardly any visitors.

I consider this domain to be one of my beginner mistakes and was ready to let it expire.

However....

If the buyer can actually build a solution that helps podcasters (netcasters) track their listeners/visitors it might be a domain of some value (low $xxx?)

What do you guys think?

Maybe let him know that there is no revenue or visitors, but offer $100. If he's actually planning on building a site then $100 is reasonable. If he's just looking for revenue he wouldn't take it even for $10.
