Its worth a bundle. I was born there in the early 60's. My Uncle owns Nave Plumbing. and some shops. They are all fitlthy rich down there. And everything is way high in price.

Did a google on it a ton of other realtors came up...lots of competition for PR1 or PR2 rating.....

Remember that whoever buys that domain will most likely be selling MILLIONs in realty each year. I'm not kidding . I used to live there. Nothing under 350k but timeshare.
