Just picked this up - over 11 years old

thought it might be good for the surging ows crowd

I respect the age on it but the use and endusers on it seems difficult. Could be a legal problem in development. If it was a forum and someone posted to meet at the tunnel at 12 pm etc. Looks like zip been done with this in 11 years. Also groups like ows will tell you sparking a riot is not there purpose or desire at all. the net and org available. To me the 11 years is all it has. perhaps a quit roit fan site $xx

This domain is right on the edge of reg fee. It's one of those should-I-keep-or-delete domains. I vote delete. IMO.
