.to is the island kingdom of Tonga. Tonga became known as the Friendly Islands perhaps they would be very friendly about a Tonga realestate website. English is their second language and is becoming more common as the official language. Might be good news to Tonga realestate website. It has some value even if its mostly development value but too hard to pin it down. Goodluck.
