The RadioAstron is an international space VLBI project led by the Astro Space Center of Lebedev Physical Institute in Moscow, Russia. The payload - Space Radio Telescope, is based on spacecraft Spektr-R designed by the Lavochkin Association.

Can't see much value in this name as of now, maybe once the project starts and people start talking about it more, maybe it will pick some value. Right now, undeveloped reg fee imo.
