Sloooow down Prteek:P I think you're jumping into this too quickly.
Here's my opinion..

PrimeVigor.com - (Health site for those in their prime. How to maintain vigorous health) Decent. Not a huge fan of the word vigor. Would have to be developed to see value. Very little resale value but an enduser might potentially like it.

MendMyHealth.com (Site with heath issue solutions) I don't think the domain name is strong enough for the time and effort it will take to develop it. I can't see an enduser being interested in it.

Fixillness.com - I don't like the work Fix when you're referring to an illness. Cure would have been better. It also sounds a bit awkward. I see no value in this one.

HealthFixUp.com - Same as above.

IndianBikePortal.com
Hard for me to say anything about these. We have sites like Kijiji and Craigslist. I have no clue what the Indian car/bike market is like.
The domains as-is are not the great though. Kinds sounds like your talking about Indian made cars and not cars for sale in India. Maybe that was the intention. not sure. I'd value them both at regfee unless they are developed sites with traffic.

Most of what you'll learn comes from experience. Especially now where is seems that everyone is buying domain names hoping to become rich:P No one likes working in an office, or doing labor so domaining can be a good way to make some extra cash. But it all comes with experience like I said.
If you've got development skills then you're all ready a step ahead of most domainers.
The Car Portal domain you have can work as long as it's developed and marketed correctly.
