i'm sorry i didnt know that rule.
but how do you know from whois records who owns what?
if it says mr1 is owner it could well be ms2 instead.
in that light your "you don't own this name" sounds way too hard imho.
at least why not ask me if i own it or not before attacking...

just wanted to remind you on the rule that it isn't allowed to request for appraisals for names which you don't own.
