if you want to make money with this domain, the only option which comes to my mind is to make an online quran school (not free) for muslims in USA,,, probably like this:

and/or and have some ads for halal products or something.

but if making money is your goal, then i don't know if its worth it.

I advice you learn the basics of domaining before you start burning money.
I don't know how many times I keep repeating myself to new domainers. If you can't be bothered to develop your site you might as well not bother with this market. It takes hard work to add value to domain names. Unless you have a very generic domain name "you will have to develop" your domain is worthless that's my value.

This is a good name but the issue is with the extension. I think probably the order of the words should be different; Quran Online makes more sense.

Religious names don't sell for high price except when they are single premium keywords with .com or .org.

I don't think you have any clue about domaining industry either. If you put the development conditions on domainers then probably only a few per cent will be qualified domainers according to your self-created criteria.
