Here I have Leukemia.cc

Before I hear it, now I know it isnt .com, .net, or any of the others. But I think there is still some value in it because it is very very searchable. About 130,000 exacts per month. And I also didnt hand reg it. I picked it up in closeout auction.

Thanks

Here's the deal...

Avoid the entire .CC spectrum if your goal is to 'make money' or 'invest in good domains'. There is NO REASON to ever register anything other than .COM, .NET, and .ORG. The best course is to keep your eye on the aftermarket (Ebay, TDNAM, Sedo, Etc.) for great deals on GOOD domains, not .CC domains. IMO.

Hopefully this advice will help guide you to your pot of goal at the end of domaining rainbow. Good luck and may the force be with you. (:

Yes I completely agree. But this one wasnt a hand reg. Im smart enough not to hand reg a .cc. However, it is a single word. And very sad, but it is a hot topic in this world. I was more looking at an end user sale with this one.

A smart end user would never buy this domain. Grace delete if possible. IMO.

Really?? Even with 160,000,000 searches?! And at $2.63 a click!

End users don't buy domains because of search volume or PPC. If it's making money keep it. IMO.

Yeah thats true. This is a harder business than I thought. So what would be a great domain name?? Just give me an example. Minus things like cat.com, dog.com....because those are obvious!
