I don't know much about the .CA market, but I will say that "Home Remodeling" is a massive commercially viable keyword with great end user potential.

.ca's are a hard sale these days. Seems like a lot of people are dropping them too. Dont wait for a buyer to come to you. Be proactive and send out some email to companies in that business.

You need to find end users on domains like this. Look for companies in Canada who focus on this keyword, there are many.
