I think the s at the end of website detracts from the value quite a bit.. my gut instinct says it has value of maybe $30-100 reseller.

Its a good domain. But like Yeodo stated you must emphasize on the "s" so it would not be confuse with a domain that lacking the letter "s" on the word websites. I would say about ~$200 undeveloped to an end user.
