Develop it. You'll make 100x as much in affiliate commissions as you could trying to sell it in the domain market.

It is a nice domain, by the way, and I think you could get some decent money for it (relative to what .info domains are generally getting.) I just think that casino/poker dev is so easy, with the feeds and coupons that get provided, that you'd come out way ahead developing.
