I actually saw a website donotcallthisnumber and they guy has a very good collection of voiceclips of all the guys who called.

Just thought as it is always adventiures for youngsters to break the rules so might be a good idea to put up something fo rthem. may be videos, games, anything funny can work but i am still thinking on the ideas.

How about DoNotLeaveAMessage.com and you can encourage people to not post a message on the website.

You can download siteadvisor or find an api of it and use it to list all the red & yellow sites.

Then you would have a list of all sites not to visit.

But seems siteadvisor is alreading do this live via search so it may not be worth it....
