There is the "hq" that stands for headquarters. Can I get some help on this one - for sale and I am still new at pricing .LLLs. Thanks!

Well with any LLL.com I think it holds a base value of about $4.5 K no matter what it is. The q is good and bad on this one. With the HQ, it does not hurt, but with it being PHQ, there are not many companies with a Q at the end. So I will say it's on the lower end with a value of about $4.5-5.5 K

The market isn't that high, around $3k, there was one for sale on one of the forums for $3100 the other day, still hasn't sold as far as I am aware.

From what I have seen in reported sales of LLL.com i think $3 k is low. PM where that LLL.com was for sale for 3 K and I will go and buy it!

It was on one of the main forums a few days ago, can't remember which. The asking price was $3100, the guy had a link to 3character.com talking about how it was below their minimum wholesale price of $3200 which might help you find it.
