PhpLinkDirectory help

hello..this may be a dumb question but,,,I am installing a phpLinkDirectory v.2 and am using Plesk as admin. It says to change permissions to 777. My question is what is the equivelent to this in R-W-E...thx I hope i am clear here

i think u need to chmod the config.php under include folder ? if you still having a problem, please use the official forum for phpld script http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/ .

that error message is what you get if the username or password is wrong for the database. Ensure they are entered correctly.
