domain phpapp.com and .net

Hi all, what are your thoughts on phpapp.com and .net?

I bought the .com years ago with intentions of developing something, but never had the time. I've been shifting away from PHP web development, so the likelihood of that ever happening is diminishing.

Nice domain name...the reseller is not very high but certainly has brandability.
