Okay here it is my PHP sign-up form is working great but i am getting an error what does it mean i will give you the page sign-up form and look at the problem it is www.programmingplus.info/index.php and please tell me what is wrong with it.

Double check the file you are using to connect to the database. And make sure you entered the details correctly.
