Php rate script

hi, i was wondering does anyone know any php scripts like hot or not?

im useless with php/mysql (im trying to learn at uni) but im at very basic level so i was wondering if anyone knew of a free script, something similar to hotornot.com (preferably without mysql) but i dont mind trying to figure out how to use it, it doesnt need anything fancy at the minute although in time if the sites a success i might hire someone to create something a little more advanced, or if anyone is feeling really nice they could create 1 for me :D

Like ive said i am a student so i cant really afford to pay, although i do have 1 or 2 other sites that i could possible advertise your site on,
