PHP help needed! ($)

I am re-designing someones site but they need some php work done. I personally do not know any PHP so need someone who does to help me out on this.

Before I start with this, it's a low budget project and I'm only doing this as I'm short of money myself, otherwise I wouldn't normally take this on, but you can expect $30 - $60 fromk this. If your not happy with this, don't apply!

What I do know so far, is that the client

needs players to login and apply for their winner's prizes, and I want to seperate casino, poker, bingo and sportbooks in groups

I won't tell you what the site is for obvious reasons, but I will tell you more on application.
