I would like a website of my own that I can put my pictures on and sell via paypal at a set price does anyone know of a script or a template or both that I could use?

http://gallery.menalto.com/ I believe they have plugins and settings to do this with pay pal and other API right out of the box.

Gallery has an exceptionally difficult install process. You might also want to look at coppermine.
